I am so excited to start this new venture! Asheville is such a beautiful city, and it is surrounded by some of the most picturesque scenery in the country. It is the perfect place to explore on an electric bike. Everything in Asheville is close enough to get to on a bicycle, though not quite close enough to walk. On an e-bike, you don’t have to worry about parking meters or getting your car towed. And, riding an electric bike is fun! I can’t wait to get people out there and enjoying all Asheville has offer in such a fun way!
Exploring Asheville By E-Bike
Downtown Asheville is famous for its arts scene, great restaurants and amazing breweries. I’ve found that visitors are always surprised how close everything is when they come here for the first time. Most of Asheville was built in the teens and twenties of the last century, before cars were commonplace. This means the city was designed for pedestrians, horses, and bicycles. That still holds true today. You can get from an art gallery to a brewery to a restaurant for dinner within minutes on one of our e-bikes. Leave the car in the parking garage and explore the city!
No Need to Look for parking
Downtown Asheville’s density makes it super accessible by bike, but it also can make it frustrating to park a car. While the city does have several parking garages, they aren’t free, and fees can add up. Private parking lots are even more expensive. If you’re lucky enough to find some street parking, make sure you feed the meter every two hours, as the city enforces parking fees and tickets will be issued. Or, forget about all of that, and lock your rental e-bike to one of the many bike racks around the city and go enjoy yourself!
More fun than walking
Walking around our hilly town is a great way to see everything, but it takes awhile and be hard on those with difficulty walking. Our electric bikes are a great way to take in the beauty of our city with ease. The powerful motors take the pain out of the hills, and the low step through design means they’re easy to get on and ride!
